SHIPPING

We use Australia Post, Royal Mail, TNT, USPS + UPS to ship all our products.

We always endeavor to post out your order within 1-3 days. You will be contacted if your order will take more than 5 days to process.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, WARRANTY & REPLACEMENTS

We Print Nice Things will gladly replace any faulty product (either from manufacturing or transit) within 6 months from the date of purchase through our online store (proof of purchase may be required).

In addition to this we gladly refund faulty items. I'm sorry but we will not refund or exchange if you change your mind.

Items damaged or broken through general or extreme use, not used as intended or if the product is outside the warranty time-frame can be replaced, at the purchasers expense + shipping costs.

CURRENCY

All product and shipping prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All transactions are settled in AUD. Some credit providers may charge additional fees, please contact your credit provider for more information.

The Purchaser acknowledges that it is necessary to collect personal information in order to trade with We Print Nice Things. Personal information collected will be kept safe, confidential and respected. We Print Nice Things only uses personal information for the purposes which the Purchaser gives it to We Print Nice Things. We Print Nice Things will not sell or pass on any personal information to any third party however the information may need to be shared with others who may require it to complete the Purchaser’s order such as We Print Nice Things’s transport providers. This includes sharing information with the Purchaser’s nominated credit referees and third party credit reporting agencies.
